Cost:
The club has blocked seven medium (one queen-sized bed) rooms and three medium rooms with two double beds
at the Sun Valley Inn.
We until April 29, 2008 to finialize MVCCSC group contract.
The suggestion from Sales Executive is for the traveling club members to make their own reservations
After I have signed the contract (4/29), we can call

Mention MVCCSC and our sales executive, Bert Witsil and ask for a room near other MVCCSC members.
The higher rates during (their peak month) February are still preferred group rates that we canot get as individuals.
We will still get half-day rates for full day trail passes ($14/day vs. $17/day Ð big deal).

The individual lodging deposit will be the amount of
the first nights stay and will be forfeited entirely
if cancelled after 30 days.
A full refund minus $25 will be returned for a cancellation within the first
thirty days. Replacements can be recruited after the
thirty day period.
The Inn offers the least expensive lodging and is
close to the XC trail system but more luxurious
accommodations are available.
